The house

An old stone house on the hill above Küçükçakıl, restored slowly by one family. Built for couples who want quiet days and long evenings outside.

Questions

Why is booking direct cheaper?

Booking sites charge hotels a commission of 15–20% on every stay. When you book with us directly, we don't pay that, so we give you a lower price and breakfast instead.

How do I book?

Send us your dates and the room you like on WhatsApp or by email. We reply with availability and the final price. To hold the room we ask for a 30% deposit by bank transfer; the rest you pay when you arrive.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel up to 14 days before arrival and we refund your deposit in full. After that, we keep the deposit unless we can rebook the room.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in from 14:00, check-out until 11:00. Direct guests can stay until 14:00 on the last day when the room is free.

How do we get to you from the airport?

Dalaman Airport (DLM) is the closest, about 2 hours by car. We can arrange a private transfer from Dalaman or Antalya. There is also a bus to Kaş, and the house is 10 minutes' walk from the bus station.

Can we bring children?

Olea Suites is made for couples, so we welcome guests aged 12 and up.

Can we visit Kastellorizo?

Yes. A ferry leaves Kaş harbour every morning and takes about 20 minutes. Kastellorizo is a Greek island, so bring your passport or EU ID card. We're happy to buy tickets for you.
